Kim joined the agency in 2006. She provides customer service for personal and commercial insurance customers. Kim and her husband, Gary, live in Sister Bay.  They have two adult sons, Derek and Tim (Katie), and a granddaughter, Elizabeth.

Shirley joined Thomas/Pfeifer in 2005 and serves commercial lines and group health customers.  A native of Washington Island (!), she has three children: twin daughters Olivia and Julia and son Michael.

Sally joined our agency in 2008 and works in sales and marketing for the agency. She is married to Jeff, the president of the agency, and they have two daughters, Mollie and Allison.

Michael joined the agency in 2011 and provides support to our staff managing accounting and business functions. Michael lives in Sister Bay and has a son, Nathan and a daughter Arianna.

Jeff is the owner of the agency and works with primarily with our commercial lines and life insurance customers as well as handling claims. Jeff joined the agency in 1986 after working in the insurance industry for some time. He and his wife Sally have two daughters, Mollie and Allison.
