Kim joined the agency in 2006. She provides customer service for personal and commercial insurance customers. Kim and her husband, Gary, recently built a new home in Sister Bay.  They have two adult children, Derek and Tim, and a granddaughter, Elizabeth.

Shirley joined Thomas/Pfeifer in 2005 and serves commercial lines customers.  A native of Washington Island (!), she has three children: twin daughters Olivia and Julia and son Michael.

Tricia joined us in 1996 and she works with both personal and aviation customers.  She and her husband Roger live in Baileys Harbor.

Nita joined our staff in 1993 as Office Manager. She handles all of our bookkeeping, computer and general office needs. Nita and her husband Bob live in Sturgeon Bay. They have one son, Ryan (Mandy), and one daughter, Heather (Shannon) Sikorsky.  They also have two grandsons, Logan and Lance, and one granddaughter, Kylie.

Jeff and his wife Sally relocated to Sister Bay when Jeff joined the agency in 1986 after working in the insurance industry for some time. They have two daughters, Mollie and Allison.
