Shirley joined Thomas/Pfeifer in 2005 and serves commercial lines customers.  A native of Washington Island (!), she has three children: twin daughters Olivia and Julia and son Michael.

Sally joined our agency in 2008 and works in sales and marketing for the agency. She is married to Jeff, the president of the agency, and they have two daughters, Mollie and Allison.

Nita joined our staff in 1993 as Office Manager. She handles all of our bookkeeping, computer and general office needs. Nita and her husband Bob live in Sturgeon Bay. They have two adult children, Ryan (Mandy) and Heather (Shannon) and three grandchildren, Logan, Lance and Kylie.

Jeff and his wife Sally relocated to Sister Bay when Jeff joined the agency in 1986 after working in the insurance industry for some time. They have two daughters, Mollie and Allison.
